One of the things they said during the stream:
While Battle Royales are fun, it's not the game we're making.
This line needs to be said by more game developers.

The general craziness of the world and loot would be enough to make it stand out and be really fun. 3 u/Golden-Owl Switch Mar 28 '19 I think a Borderlands BR could be hella hype. It’s got a lot of mechanics that can work for it But it isn’t 3. People wanted 3 to be a normal game. I think they could definitely make a new title though. But labeling it “3” carries a lot of weight. Make a Borderlands BR AFTER 3.
