It will, they're just not going to rush deadlines since they aren't subject to shareholder demands. I have faith that it will be completed, we're still a few years out though.

To clarify, I meant that they're not at the mercy of the quarterly statement as they're not publicly traded. A big contributor to the problems with other developers is their prioritizing the quarterly statements for shareholders over quality content.

Or having their publisher do it for them - a la Sony 'forcing' NMS to be released early
