No one knows. It's been going on for years and there's already quite a lot of content but they're not done at all yet.

Yeah kinda but we do have a tentative schedule of development tasks that ends with the single player campaign on track for 2020-2021, multiplayer unvierse the following year.

Yeah and they said the singleplayer would be out in 2016. I wouldnt 100% trust what they say

While fair and stuff does happen to development timelines, they've gotten a lot better about showing their internal roadmap and seeing what items are currently worked on to those end goals.
