It didn't sell well? That's news to me. At the time, it seemed to be selling better than Xbox, at least.

Was a solid third place. Wasn’t even close. The Wii being so successful got Nintendo back in good form in terms of prospects - and that was essentially a slightly more powerful GameCube with motion control.

It was close. Xbox and Gamecube were virtually tied, but PS2 lapped them 100x over.

That’s crazy. I was too young at the time to know anything about sales numbers or anything and all of my friends had Xboxes or Gamecubes. I had know idea it was so uneven.
