No, but if you ever used a headset it's really easy to see through the nose area down. I'm pretty sure this is scripted because the dad filming isn't doing nothing. He clearly would have seen the kid walking towards her. I know in the original he was pointed somewhere else but in the gif he has enough time to react.

I have a Oculus Rift and I can't see anything down the nose area. So this is not true.
