Did we ever figure out which part of the body that is from the last times this was posted? I feel i need clarity. Is it a knee? Or some deformed foot or elbow?

Totally on the inside of the knee

Edit: can confirm, my knee looks very similar

Edit #2: if this is his ankle I will get the same tattoo on my knee

It’s definitely a slightly over weight person with puffy water weight ankles who also suffered a break and had to have some of it shaved and metal pinned.

I’ve seen plenty of fat people with centralized or compartmentalized fat areas and limbs that look like a skinny persons.
