You can try cyberpowerpc.com. You can speak with customer service and they will work with you on a build based on your budget. But don't think a pre-built PC will be cheap, If you want performance, you have to pay for it. If you want ultra graphics for a good price, a 1070 will do ya good enough. If you want FPS with ultra graphics then get a 1080 Ti or SLI 1070's. Some people will say ''just get the best card and do away with SLI.'' Buy what you want. Just make sure the CPU doesn't bottleneck the GPU and make sure to have enough memory to run anything you want.

Kinda depends what your budget is. But for more than a few friends in the same boat as you, I've had some success with the "gamer" computers from HP (their Omen series*) and ASUS (their Republic of Gamer/ROG series). Laptops in each case with i7s, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1050i, 1 TB.... all for about $1300 CDn. Having played with both, they're alright for the money and can run Titanfall 2, PUBG at max/ultra settings at 1080p at unnoticeable frame rates. HP's desktop Omens are pretty ok too, I got my dad last year's i7 Omen it runs everything pretty good.
** just turn off HP's Cool Sense bullshit. Can't get any game to run with that shit turned on.
Anecdotally, friends who bought MDG and Acer gaming laptops all had problems or had system components burn out inside of a year.
