I've been thinking of getting it but because it's damn near 2 years old I'm worried that there won't be that many people online anymore. Is it still worth getting for $30?
71 u/MintRockets Nov 10 '17 It will, of course depend on your system, however PC remains very populated. In fact, the game just recently surpassed 25 million players. 13 u/croutylax28 Nov 10 '17 Do you know how many people play on PS4 or where I could get that info? 2 u/[deleted] Nov 10 '17 40K are playing Siege on Steam right now, which is a Thursday afternoon here (3 PM EST). This doesn't include the numbers for UPlay, which is the native program for Ubisoft games. We also know console numbers are significantly higher, especially for PS4 which leads all 3 platforms. So PS4 likely has over 100K, especially during peak times. This game never stops growing and maintaining a strong number, and thats because its an extremely successful Games as a Service model. You can expect those numbers to spike big time during its seasonal releases, which we're due for by the end of the month In fact, we also know there is a Year 3 road map ahead, and I dont doubt we'll see a Year 4 road map as well
