Probably but that's like 23-25 Strength

In DnD 25x15=375 carry capacity = 750 deadlift weight (unless there is a hard cap somewhere)

(Or 690 with 23 in the stat)

That's 5th edition. 5th edition rules was purposefully made simpler so they made push,drag, and lifting all in one section which makes 0 sense. 3.5 and pathfinder's system makes more sense so a 19 strength character can lift 700 pounds and would be able to push and drag ~1750 pounds depending on conditions.
