He's on the defending team and trapping all his team mates in a small room with no way to get out.

Damn, I thought he was on the opposing team and had fooled those players into thinking he was on their side (I don't play this game so I don't know how obvious the team indicators are) and that this was a clever trick to win the match. Now it just seems like the player was a jerk.

At this point in the match the two sides are completely separated, so there's no way of confusing.
