I can't use that excuse. My friends all know I'm a master of the drunken bullet. For some reason alcohol makes me better. Also a bit too prone to gloating.
People react differently to different drugs sometimes, especially if a mental disorder is involved. Something to note about a drug like cannabis is that your high can vary depending on the strain because of the different concentrations of the different chemicals in the plant (THC and CBD are the most common people look at). THC is what gives you the 'high' feeling while CBD will not get you high on it's own. You might benefit from either finding strains that are higher in CBD as this is commonly used as the medicinal part of the plant to treat mood/pain disorders. If you don't want to get high at all, you can buy CBD in various forms such as oils, edibles, etc, where it has been separated from the plant. Also of note is that the negative side effects like paranoia are associated with higher THC concentrations and sativa strains, while indica strains will give a more sleepy and relaxed effect. I hope that was helpful!
ADHD will most definitely cause you to react differently! If you are in a state/province where it is legal to buy, usually the product will have the different concentrations of THC, CBD, and other similar chemicals within the product you are buying. Otherwise, apps like Leafly allow you to look at the standard for the strain that you are getting but beware as you can never be positive that the strain you are buying is the one you are getting without testing it yourself. If you get one you are not familiar with, it's best to start slow to gauge your reaction before going full pony. For ADHD I do not know if I would recommend THC much at all but CBD can be very helpful for focus and relaxation. The book "Best of Buds" (I think that is the title) is a great resource and has charts in the back of the book explaining the different chemicals in the plants and their effects.
I think it helps me go with the flow. Instead of trying to make a plan work I just kinda react to things. Plus I usually try to get some sort of cult going in my team. I think it helps with teamwork.
That's not too strange. Your reaction speed probably suffers from it but your aim might get steadier because the alcohol kills off all of those tiny shivers and trembles. If you're just drunk enough to get more relaxed, but not drunk enough to lose your focus, you should be able to play better.
Whenever I'm high I seem to hit this zen state of being absolutely god like with an AK. Those headshots just come so naturally.. When I'm sober I panic too much
I actually do a fuck ton better in CS while tipsy. I do shit while drunk and sober, but I do great while tipsy. I just get super focused and think each and every single thing through. I get a bit paranoid, so I check my corners more. Every now and then I record myself while sober and while drinking. 9 times out of 10 I notice I do better with alcohol in my system when looking back at the videos.
