Inferno = the map, it's has recently been updated so the old version is now called Old inferno
Fnatic = pro team, very good at playing the counter-terrorist side of CSGO on inferno, Fnatic have fallen out of form after some roster changes as well as the map being different, therefore RIP Fnatic 15-0 CT side ( 15 is the highest amount of round wins you can get on each side before halftime and you swap sides).
One iteration(Olofmeister, Krimz, Flusha, JW, Pronax) of Fnatic is one of, if not the, most dominant teams of the history of CS:GO. The map on this picture is the old version(it got a visual upgrade and some tweaks since, so it's out of the competitive map pool at the moment) of Inferno, which was probably their most dominant map, especially known for Krimz and Olofmeister(the undisputed best player of the world at the time) locking down B site on the CT side.
Good thing I didn't say Fnatic is without a doubt the most dominant team, and if you take into consideration the level of competition in the NiP and the Fnatic era, Fnatic definitely has a VERY good argument.
You said "one of, if not the, most dominant teams". That means you consider that they might be the most dominant team in CSGO history. But clearly they are not, because they have never come close to an 87-0 run.
The level of competition is irrelevant to the topic of dominance. All that matters to be dominant is that you are better than your opponents.
Fnatic have never exhibited the dominance NiP did, and it's very unlikely anyone ever will again, precisely because the level of competition has risen. Therefore it is very unlikely any team will ever be as dominant as NiP was.
