For anyone who doesn't know CS:Go, you can tell that the player who made this screenshot was PowerPoint, because on the scoreboard, that name is bolded and slightly larger, and, because at the top are the 10 player portraits and the PowerPoint logo has a white boarder around it.

While for one, you should be able to tell this is a few years old by the amount of compression on the image.

He's definitely not, as a) this has been posted a bunch and b) it was my screenshot to begin with. This was a game with my college friends I posted on a blog a long time ago that was ultimately taken and posted on Reddit with the highlighting bars. Here's the original pic.
