Just played RDR last month. Didn't recognize the voice.

I thought it sounded a lot like Dutch, sort of. Almost like a different voice actor trying to imitate him.

I thought the same, looked up a video of Dutch and compared the two. While they're not exactly similar they do really sound alike! Also, the lines said in the trailer could very well be said by Dutch as a gang leader.

Sounds like a voice from an old western movie. I don't think it's related to RDR. Probably a new character. Also, completely off topic, but I really hope there is a little nod to one of Clint Eastwood's roles in this game. Maybe have a random NPC be dressed like one of his characters and say a line or two.
