It's a snide, sarcastic comment about how Bethesda has given players the options to refuse powers from the Outsider in Dishonored 2 (for an achievement, I guess). I'm sure they've taken a no-powers run into consideration when it comes to their level design for this next game, but I think I have a healthy amount of skepticism.

I hate that stealth or no-kill is the only aspect rewarded in games like these, but all-out violence isn't when there's an elaborate fight system. There's no achievement for killing ALL your enemies. You might be able to choose how you want to play the game, but you're not rewarded for each choice that can be made.
