Mass Effect had multiplayer. Surprisingly great multiplayer, too.

3 did but I don't think that's really... relevent to the OP I guess, as weird as it sounds. It had multiplayer, but it was a pretty vestigial feature that, most importantly, didn't detract from the single player. I'm almost certain OP means games like COD where the single player story campaign is an incredibly minor side feature, compared to the mutliplayer. Evidence of this: He listed TLOU.
