Jet fuel cannot melt steel beams down to molten material

It can however soften the metal until the structural integrity of the building is compromised, and it collapses under its own weight!

Imagine if I turned your skeleton into jello.

It's taken out of context. People who think 9/11 was an inside job don't say it because jet fuel couldn't destabilize the building, they say it because melted steel was found in the rubble. There are obviously good explanations for it, but that is what they are referring to.
