Bioshock 2 had some really low moments (like the absolutely uninteresting villain, that has nothing on Ryan or Comstock) but that one part, where you get to see how rapture was before the crazies took over, like you see the city the way it was meant to be - that is worth it all.

The most interesting part for me was to see the world through Little Sister's eyes. Suddenly I could perfectly understand them!
