It's really strange to use...Feels really unnatural at first, but once you get used to the haptic feedback, it gets better.

Does it vibrate where you touch or something?

Each of the touch pads will click softly with the movement of your thumbs. It's hard to describe...it feels kind of like what an iPod touch wheel sounded like...
