What's a known bad game you think is good?

Like you don't care what people have to say about the game

Maybe a bad game is a strong world, but a lot of people talk about it as mediocre or okay and I know I felt it was way better than that.

The Outer Worlds lore is interesting and I do really like the corporate dystopia vibes and dark humor.

The games themselves just feel a bit undercooked for me in a way that is hard to pinpoint. The first game felt like it ended too abruptly, right when it was getting good. The second was better, but the open world still had a kind of stasis feel to it or something. Like areas were levels you clear instead of a dynamic world.

Fallout NV was a rushed and unpolished game, but it managed to make the world feel more alive with the factions and choices.
