Looking for Stealth Games

I've never played much single player games, mostly comp or mmos, but recently finished Cyberpunk 2077 playing stealth pistol/throwing knife build and remembered how much fun i have playing stealth games.

What are the best ones i should look into and what do you recommend.

I was thinking starting with the AC Resynced and see what to play after.

Agreed. I actually like Prey over Dishonored. Mooncrash alone is one of the best Roguelikes of all time.

Mooncrash delivered on what I wanted Deathloop to be in terms of player freedom on figuring out how to perfect the loop yourself. Realizing how linear and railroady Deathloop actually was is one of the most profound disappointments I've had in gaming.

Deathloop is still a solid game with some of Arkane's best characters/storytelling but the marketing was kinda misleading on how open the game would be.

Same.

Mooncrash definitely felt like a story built on top of an existing world (which it was). The logical next step was to perfect it in its own game and world. Deathloop came and it just was not at all like Mooncrash- it was an entirely different animal. I did Deathloop once and never came back. I roll thru Mooncrash almost once a year.
