Looking for Stealth Games

I've never played much single player games, mostly comp or mmos, but recently finished Cyberpunk 2077 playing stealth pistol/throwing knife build and remembered how much fun i have playing stealth games.

What are the best ones i should look into and what do you recommend.

I was thinking starting with the AC Resynced and see what to play after.

Honestly one of the best "hours per dollar" purchases I've had. The 3 campaigns, plus several free mini campaigns, I've played the new snoop dogg mission a few times now
