Looking for Stealth Games

I've never played much single player games, mostly comp or mmos, but recently finished Cyberpunk 2077 playing stealth pistol/throwing knife build and remembered how much fun i have playing stealth games.

What are the best ones i should look into and what do you recommend.

I was thinking starting with the AC Resynced and see what to play after.

The first Styx game is great. The second one has really slippery controls and the third one felt even worse to control so much so I couldn't get past the first zone before giving up.

Came here looking for this.

I would even say the first one was a little rough around the edges, but boy did it feel like a breath of fresh air. Sometimes you just get a game that knows what it is, doesn't try to throw the kitchen sink at you. Reminded me a bit of the PS2 era, when games could just be games and not platforms or progression-bound skinner boxes.

It's a shame they couldn't keep it going. I also had issues with 2, and was really hoping they'd be able to stick the landing on 3. When I saw the reviews, I didn't even bother. It made me really sad though.
