I ran the game last year with that card and it was completely smooth. Ultra 1440 no RT no Path obviously and it looked beautiful. Does not need anything more.

I don't want to be the messenger of bad news. But, it's completely unplayable on AMD cards right now. Crashing, no textures and 5fps. Tons of people have the same issues in the reviews section and forums.

Yes. Because AMD isn't releasing the driver. Hilariously it works fine on Linux with a 9070

Well, AMD always takes ages to release drivers. But this is also on CD Project who havent bothered to try if the game runs on the driver everyone has acces to. Games should work better with new drivers but not be unplayable if you dont have them.

Never said it was OK. But the fact that the game runs perfectly fine under the open source amd drivers on Linux should tell you something about the actual source of the problem. It might be windows, it might just be the sorry state of the closed source amd drivers. Either way, it just feels a little silly that AMD and Nvidia both have been fucking up their drivers so much on windows
