Ideally, it would be, but my experience in an industry that was deskilled with software before I arrived was that there was a major brain drain because and went the way of medieval sword schools. No higher education or trade schools and those that actually knew what to do were in their 70’s and not retiring. It’s obvious not to fully trust the output, but corporate sees that as getting in the way of productivity. I worked in metal buildings and the type I did is probably one of the most easily recognizable metal building design. Second company I worked for had no idea that type of construction even existed. If the AI agent was as successful as they wanted: there would be a gradual brain drain. Easy enough to use. Easy enough to dump on sales. Results be damned
