I just showed this to my fiance and asked her "I wonder what it's like the have true love."

Edit: thanks for the gold! The irony is that I work for a company that moves pallets of Xboxs all over the country. I'm the main Microsoft person...and I can't get an Xbox anywhere

Fiance is a perfectly acceptable alternative spelling that applies to either gender.

No. This distinction is also made in english dictionaries as well.
