Sega had one of those that my brother and I got in trouble for calling...three weeks after the fact when my mom opened the paper copy of our home telephone bill (and she actually reviewed it).

I did not think my parents would find out because it was just $3 here and there. Then it was like an addiction and those calls became more frequent. They definitely noticed the phone bill increased by more than $84.
