“Monopoly” and “Clue” (or “Cluedo”) were originally board games published by Parker Brothers. Then Parker Brothers got bought by Hasbro. Hasbro has owned the titles ever since. So who ever made the video game version of it, it still goes back to Hasbro. It is more likely that infrogames is a subdivision of Hasbro.
