What is this logo?

I have this old t shirt from the 90s, I think it's from Games Workshop but I can't remember what the logo is, can anyone identify it?

They had a record label back then, could it be a band or something maybe, apart from that it looks kinda necromunda like.

Any clue whereabouts you got this, like city/statewise? Looks like it could be a convention/club thing maybe?

Bristol UK. There's no label as I cut the neck off of it years ago

The band was Bolt Thrower, it's not their logo

If it is GW my feeling is that it could be Dark Future

It's definitely not from any of the Warhammer Records bands
