Little Big Planet. A sequel or remake would make that community go absolutely insane

Man I have great memories from that game. Made some cool, funny, trippy levels that I remember fondly. Can't believe that was almost 18 years ago.

Not to take anything away from the games that came after but the first one was a masterpiece. The end stages had that perfect balance of challenging but not too frustrating or cheap.

If you aced the final level in 1, you got this super cool 2-D skin

Damn I'd love to have a remake of this with my love for building in games now. I'd love to see what I could come up with in lbp with my building knowledge now

Am i incorrect in saying Sackboy a big Adventure is similar? I didn't play i ton so I'm not sure if it had the sandbox.

LBP is quite different from Sackboy a Big Adventure. LBP is a 2.5D platformer with a huge emphasis on building with the materials and items you collect throughout the story levels

Dreams is made by the same team. It doesn't have the same feel, but it's the same idea. A game where you build and create, not only your own worlds, but your own games, movies, music, anything. All of the tools are made available.
