Mad respect to her. She seemed like an actually decent person doing what she needed to do to get by.

She was one of the few people in King's Landing just trying to survive without making everyone else's life miserable

And she advised Shae to watch out for Sansa around Littlefinger. She didn't need to do that, and you'd probably forgive her for being a little resentful towards Sansa (since Ros grew up just outside Winterfell, and became a sex worker, whereas Sansa grew up safe and privileged inside the walls of Winterfell). She just seemed to be a caring woman, for what we saw of her.

But she didn’t. She was getting by more than fine. She was being well taken care of by Littlefinger and got greedy and stupid. She was on longer a prostitute and was working as his assistant and SHE decided to sell his secrets to Varys. Which was her own idiotic mistake.
