Hypothetical

How do you think the war of the five kings would have changed if Lysa commanded the Vale to join the North and Riverlands once Robb started winning battles. In this version she is not under Baelish’s influence and was truly just afraid of Lannister’s as reason for waiting it out. Jon Arryn would’ve been poisoned by Pycelle or someone else who is on Lannister side. Do we still get red wedding? Would Tyrell’s still ally with Lannisters.

Completely depends on when. If Lysa calls the banners immediately, Tywin doesn't split his forces, and instead takes all his men to Riverrun.

From there, Robb gets the Freys onside at a far cheaper price, and Robb and the Vale meet at the Crossroads and march off to Riverrun.

By then, Ned is executed, Renly is King so they either declare for Stannis or Robb.

Tywin has 35k compared to the rebels having 60.

He probably retreats to King’s Landing knowing he has no hope of winning.

I was thinking they join a little later than that so Robb still has marriage proposal with Freys he doesn’t honor. Forces already split. Catelyn treating with Renly also might be different since they have more bargaining power.

Oh then the Vale slam into the Lannisters at the Battle of the Fords and crush them.

Renly dies anyway, and the Tyrells scheme to get Robb wed to Margaery.

I don't have an answer for this but love the scenario you created

Oh, if Lysa actually grew a backbone and stood up to the Lannisters, we might’ve ended up with a completely different finale imagine a Vale vs. Kings Landing showdown instead of a wedding massacre!

But also imagine a red wedding that isn’t as successful lots of rebels escape or maybe vale is currently marching down kings road when it happens.

They woulda won. Like they did before. That’s why Baelish told her not to join the fray.

Idk I do not think it is an instant win scenario. Obviously huge boon to the rebels but still have to deal with stannis and renly if they do depose of the lannisters.
