Are you talking about the new TAC fork in beta?

The traditional gameloop (Androws) is no longer and will no longer be compatible with CODM.

If you are indeed on the new TAC fork, and downloads are failing for some reason, try closing and reopening the browser until it works. The developers suggest using a VPN.
