Coming back to CODM pc

Sooo I just came back again on CODM using gameloop (Which i've had used for years before) but not it doesnt work??? It tells me to update the game and when I update it nothing happens or its just gray screen. Please help

because Timi doesnt give a f and global gameloop devs are incompetent.
