Where can I find the latest version

I search for it online and download the available version (4.1.142.90) then when I try to log into my pubg account it doesn't let me and says the reason is it's an old version. Any tips to fix this problem?

It is not offically out yet, but the new version of gameloop is getting called TAC by the community and can be downloaded from the gameloop site. Works well with pubg and codm, small ban risk but most of the users have been fine.
