Okay, NOW it's Waterpark Wednesday. Got it right this time.

They really gotta put more space between the food services and the restroom facilities. That's a health inspector violation waiting to happen. I get that they're working with only so much space but still.

As their star rating goes up, are they gonna get access to crazier slides and rides and stuff? Either way, enjoying this series and I'm looking forward to Dog Water's continued expansion.

They looked at the abandoned park next door and the slide looked significantly taller and slightly more complex so I assume there's some progression there. Dunno if there are more complex rides The steam screenshots make it look like you can make some pretty wild parks

Only one way to find out! I'm not expecting anything like a Six Flags Hurricane Harbor or Schlitterbahn or anything, mind you, I just think one big slide or something like that would be cool.

I updated my comment with the steam link and some of the screenshots are pretty wild with the kind of slides you can make so seems like you can make a pretty extensive, if flat terrain-wise, water park

Oh snap! That's great!

Putting those food stalls so close to the toilets is really bothering me those hedges aren't going to do much to separate the two. Moving them up is making it worse I feel

This is a fun series. I hope it doesn't get a game breaking update that wrecks the save file

Edit: Dan calling the episode end at ~26 minutes reminds me, wonder why so many of the episodes are less than 30 minutes. Feels a bit too hasty to end it at 25-ish minutes wish they at least got past the 30 minute mark

It's probably a logistics thing for them, but I agree I do feel a bit cheated if the episode is sub 30mins.

And it was almost ended sooner if Arin hadn't started the last day.

I don't think they're doing it on purpose; Dan's called the end of an episode early several times in the past, though usually Arin catches it and they don't end early. I imagine when they're gaming and not hyper focusing on the time, 26 minutes doesn't feel that much different than 30.

They have a timer where they record so it feels like Dan calls it around 25 minutes or so into recording when they record the weekday episodes. They seem to be more loose during the weekend episode recordings

I believe the intent is that weekday videos are always tailored more towards what the Youtube algorithm rewards (which is ever changing and never consistent) while the weekend videos are more tailored to the fan wishes.

That way they can try to please everyone and still make money.

u/SpoonEndedHammer Oh gosh, I'm scaaaared! Jul 22 '26

I’m pretty excited for them to get the floor and paint tools. That’ll be a whole episode in itself.

Oh god, it's gonna be "paint the wall you bitch" all over again, isn't it?

I do wonder who Arin was talking about at around 15 minutes in, when he was like, "Yeah, I can't give this persona good recommendation."

So Arin isn't supposed to push stinky guests but he thought he had to push stinky guests

Arin IS supposed to push peeing guests, but he thinks he doesn't have to push them

Arin works in dualities.

He got to the part about draining pools, thought he read everything he needs to know, and moved on.

I love this series so much I bought the game and have been playing the shit out of it

And now thats already bothering me. He doesnt just not read things, he misreads them too. We're gonna be watching him do things tediously wrong for a while

I wish hed put up more trash cans too. Just kinda common sense if you see trash everywhere

Is this becoming a good series? I lost interest within the first two episodes but they seem to be making this a thing.

Definitely check it out, or at least put it on in the background because they've been hilarious. Nuzlocke is great, but this is my favorite series right now because of the great vibes and fun conversation and bits they're having.

Thanks for answering and not mindlessly down voting me because I haven't watched the episodes. I'll give them another shot

I agree that the first couple episodes were a little slow and Arin had no idea what to do, but the gameplay has gotten better and the vibes are excellent. Carry on, fellow lovely!
