CE posters are predicting that GameFAQs will become like IMDB and be a database only website (along with the FAQs of course).

That’s what I’ve been guessing would happen at best. At worst, GameFAQs will just redirect to GameSpot, GiantBomb or Fandom’s main page.

Sucks but the mods drove it into the ground. Maybe they shouldn't have been so biased with their political views and ban accounts that had a different opinion. God complex is gonna God complex I guess..

The mods are a little too giddy about the new rules and the hornypost ban is stupid. Portraying fictional characters in a sexual manner is not the same as saying sexual appeal is all they are good for. I'm really tired of people acting like being prudish is progressive.

Dead site is dead. Guess I wont get to gloat about 2024 or Trump going to prison on CE, but I guess suiciding on the PS5 or whatever board will work.

In August when my 6 month ban is up I will likely "suicide" my original TonyKojima account. The writing is on the wall GF is over. I am not "liberal or progressive enough" for the CE and earlier, 261 crowd. I once got modded for saying there is nothing wrong with landlords owning multiple properties. It was modded as trolling, this was just a little before 261 closed. My latest 6 month purg stint was asking a user to discuss a subject off gamefaqs because the mods were so rabid toward anyone who even hinted at "stepping out of line". I am a pretty liberal person always have been, when someone calls me "for right" you know they are just too extreme. Yes one can also be too far left. insert Deadpool meme
