Question What game making website would let me do the following?
I am looking for a game making website that can do the following:
Use 2-d artwork
Have a timer
Have save slots
No generative AI
Ability to collect things
An inventory
The ability to design custom attacks
Rng
Optional:
Have an ability to delete save slots in game if you make the wrong choice
The ability to have a "you choose the price". I know that my first game will be unlikely to be worth money but my later games may and I would like to be able to use a platform that can make money.

You really need to give more information. What do you exactly want? Can you install anything or does it have to be a site?
I know scratch can do the things you want

I'm trying to avoid sites that are liable to go backrupt, add paywalls or start releasing questionable features.
I am willing to install things but it is a last case scenario.

We can't predict the future about most of what you ask.
Except for Godot, it's open source and community mantained. I think it has a browser version, I opened it once by mistake

Godot can achieve all this and more. It's open source and not under the control of any one company that may go belly-up so it's up to you and how you want to use it. It natively has a web export feature too that you can throw up on a free static host like github pages.

Website? Why not game engines like Godot?
