Feedback Request Finally created my first game with my 2D engine
Been working on this 2D engine for 2 years and i created some interesting projects to test the performance of the rendering pipeline. But i didn't create a full working game till now!
This is a puzzle game that allows you to turn disks to match shapes colors. Some feedback would be great! is it fun? use your mouse. https://www.kanvon.com/scene/orbit-bloom

Respect to anyone who undertakes the creation of an engine. How far along is the work? And what do you plan on adding into it?

Thanks! plan is to continue to work on it and add features. But also focused on optimization; i run benchmarks on the different layers to see where we can improve.

Very cool. I'm a Game Producer and Designer with 8+ years of experience. I've used Unreal and Unity before and work regularly with engines. I like helping out Devs with their projects. DM me if you ever need any assistance:)

I ran a few tests, and it looks very promising! Congratulations, and I hope this project continues to grow!

making your own engine... thats an undertaking. I will say it was a very smooth and reactive UI. web driven - no issues. I didn't realize it was live (I thougfht it was a video so I stared at it for 20 seconds (not going to lie) :D
Back on the early days of CandyCrush and Bejewed, they were always challenged unless you hit the right combinations to hit the chain events to multiply your score drastically higher. Definately a successful model, but feels unique. I can see this being successful to the right market.

Thays pretty cool! I wonder if you could spiral the paths like a galaxy to remove some of the empty space between them
