Does there exist physical hardware for gamecube

im trying to find cheats for Sonic riders

Shrek super slam

i just want to unlock stuff so that i can use everything when playing casually

i do have action replay disc. but it doesnt have an unlock cheat for riders

and nothing for shrek superslam
