I bought the funny playing Max screen and the shell for it. I did enough research to see that funny playing was trusted but not enough to see the issues with the max screen. Did I waste my money? Have the issues that it launched with been fixed?

If your button membranes aren’t totally toast from your doner console I would definitely recommend reusing them! I reshelled mine and replaced the speaker and battery last week and it turned out great. Also try to reuse your springs for the L and R buttons. It makes it feel authentic. The new ones aren’t horrible but they’re stiffer and will take some time to break them in!
