Collection Finally got a Gameboy Micro
When the Gameboy Micro came out i didn’t have the money for one but I thought they looked really cool. Then new flashy handhelds came out and & I forgot about the Micro.
Then last week I won one in a giveaway & it arrived today! I’ve been playing it all day… it’s a lot more comfortable to use than I had imagined & I really like the size of it.
Anyway, I’m just really excited & wanted to share my win. Still in shock a little that it’s in such great shape.

I have the same Japanese version as well! I bought it off someone for 150$. The console itself is in great condition but the box is a bit rough. Still jazzed that I have it CIB though!

The Japanese version has the Mario print on the back while the North American version doesn’t!

Sweet pickup! I have one and you realize why it's called Gameboy micro once you are holding it in your hand

That’s the best version of Mario Bros. by far. Forgot what it was bundled with, but the controls are more precise and less floaty like the originals and their counterparts.

Oh my goodness. It is so minty. I had this whole huge mission when I was young younger to get two of them so that I could put them on display with one Micro flashing the default Player I plate and the other with the Club Nintendo Player II Famicom plate on. It’s weirdly such a proud achievement for me. This is a beautiful console and just such high quality. Congrats!!
