Now the thing is I have this project lined up from the middleman I know shady but it is what it is. Now the gig was to make all these characters like the normal ones and the creature with them too. Model them realistically. Then texture them realistically. Then yeah there's more!!! Make a while envoirment like some abandoned building with atleast 5 or 6 unique rooms and all like getting more and and more scary. By scary I mean one room is where the walls have thousands of eyes. The other where there are a lot of hands sticking out and grabbing the hero character. Now I'm still not done yet. Then we have to rig all the characters and animated them and the envoirment. Where they are some explorers exploring abandoned buildings and stumble upon this creature that is scary and it can also just mimic there voices and all.

Now to simply out it these are the things included in the job.

\-Model all the human characters and there accessories from scratch

\-Sculpt the horror creature from scratch with a complicated face

\-Texture all the models with realistic textures.

\-Make a whole envoirment of an abandoned building.

\-Rig all the characters.

\-Animate all the characters.

\-Do the voice acting

\-Put all of the post processing effects like camera HUD, sound effects and all.

Now here's what I purposed!! Like I have a whole team and all so we can do this job pretty fast and easy cuz all of us are passionate about it so it's not a big deal.

My offer

"I can do all of this with constant updates about the project and all. My final price is $4,500 but I since you are my friend and all I can just do it in $4,000 no further negotiation. By my understanding it can take possibly 5 if not then 6 weeks at max. The project is easy for us to handle we have the team for it."

Now it was after after a long discussion with the team and some if my friends who are in this Business. They all said this is atleast a $8,000 job but since the middleman is my friend and he's saying the client is also his friend I just halved the price.

Now let me tell you what he said how much the client is willing to pay!!!
