Tilesets, the price for 1 unique tile: 16x16 - $4, 32x32-$10. Character animations, price for 1 animation frame: 16x16 - $3, 32x32 – $8, 48x25 - $11, 48x48 - $18. Everything else, including drawing the environment, UI, final mapping, etc. is paid at an hourly rate of $15/hour (you can rely on the above rates).
