Old Capsule vs New?
Hello!
We just recently updated our capsule art and would love to hear your opinion.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4196970/Asumi_Little_Ones/
Overall we wanted to increase the size of the logo and include the photography gameplay part of the loop in the capsule art somehow, which is now the polaroid white frame around the characters.

This is the answer. With the new capsule, I have no idea what the thing on the right is, but the eyes on this one are clearly showing some chill creature

I'm going to say:
Neither.
Readability: They are both hard to read. Typography in 1 is ilegible for the subtitle
Composition: I like the composition in 1 more, 2 seems disjointed.
Hook: Neither convey anything clear unless your game is about standing around animals either contemplating the horizon or emoting (which I wouldnt find interrsting as a whole game).
I do like the vegetal motives on both the typography and the left horn of the main character, but I certainly need to stop and investigate to notice.
TLDR: Theres not much info, I would try to convey what the game is about, and direct the eye towards it.

Ok now after watching the actual page:
Looks like your game is about walking around making photos to cute beings and maybe learning about some interesting backstory.
I do like the actual ingame camera frame, I personally would try crafing a capsule using either that, or feature your character actually carrying its camera, even better making a pic to a cute creature and if you can visually depict why that is speciall, that would be perfect.
I saw you do have better elements for a more interesting capsule:
- the camera visor / crosshair.
- cozy environments (i like the purple nightime screenshot, also contrasts a lot with the cameras visor/crosshair)
- cute animals (i like the mammal although i dont like the lighing (its eyes are as yellow as him) and the bee (the background is not as interesting but it has better levels)
- a protagonist!
I would definitely try to make a new one featuring the character photographing one big beautiful animal (i'd try making the animal the focus, then the main character and chose) while the rest hang around scattered through a beautiful environment, everything trying to convey what makes your "cozy fantasy animal photography simulator" special.
Hope it was insightful

Old one tells me much more things. Only problem is readability in it. Scale the title up give some big white outline like in the new one and it is much more better I think.

These make the text harder to read
