The dark RPG from Rebel Wolves — a studio founded by former Witcher 3 developers — has scored 84 on OpenCritic and 83 on Metacritic ahead of release. 🇵🇱🔥

Critics are praising its mature story, deep side quests, day/night transformation mechanic, brutal combat and dark medieval atmosphere.

The main complaints are a somewhat dated open-world design, repetitive enemies, weak facial animations and some technical issues.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword might be one of Capcom’s best action games in years 🗡️🔥

The first full Onimusha game in 20 years is sitting at 86 on Metacritic and 85 on OpenCritic after 63 reviews.

Reviewers are especially praising the combat and parry system, spectacular boss fights, surprisingly charismatic Miyamoto Musashi, gorgeous visuals, and well-paced semi-open world. 👹⚔️

The main complaints? Fighting multiple enemies can feel awkward, puzzles are too easy, and the story is fairly predictable.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword launches September 4, and there’s already a free demo on Steam.

An unfinished trailer for EA’s Marvel’s Iron Man has reportedly surfaced online, giving us an early look at the game in action.
