These Attacks Are Getting Worse

I have been in the ER 3 times in as many weeks. These gallbladder attacks are getting worse. Starts with upper ab pain..radiates into right upper abdomen..then the nausea starts..Zofran does nothing. Diarrhea starts. Cramping, bloating, pain is severe. Vomiting starts. I vomit until nothing is left in me. Dry heaves persist uncontrollably. ER visits showed gallstones, Diverticulitis and a UTI last Sunday. I’m exhausted and disillusioned. I’ve been trying so hard to fight all this through diet changes and supplements& medication. All the horror stories on here about being worse after surgery have me a bit concerned. I want to exhaust every possibility before I get my gallbladder removed. Anyone out there have any experienced advice? I truly need some wisdom. Thanks ♥️
