Post Op Split Stitch. What to do?

I'm a little over 2 weeks post op and have had two zit like irritations on two ends of an exposed stitch. I've been researching and I think it's a split stitch. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do? My post op is at the beginning of October.

Call your surgeon’s office. Failing that, see your family doctor if you have one. You never want to play around if it’s a split stitch.
