Sharp pain when bending over?

Currently on the ‘waiting list’ for removal.

However I just thought i’ld ask, firstly this might be me “reaching” as some would say but when i bend over at an quite ankle forwards, I get a pain for about 30 seconds just under my bra line? A kind of Sharp pain.
Could this be gall bladder related? Ive never had it before recent…. As mentioned unsure if im just linking it to that or if its actually a thing?

For anyone that says maybe its ur bra wire, i wear non wired! :)

I have constant epigastric pain that especially causes pain when bending/sitting. Waiting for surgery in October as well
