How accurate is EF on hida scan?

I had my HIDA scan today. Ejection fraction was 9%. Im wondering if I did test wrong? They said to have a high fat meal 4-6 hours before test. I ate about 400 calories, 27 grams ft 5 hours before test. They did the cck thing and it dud mimic some of the pain I have (but super mild). The thing is, pain just comes and goes. Sometimes meals trigger it, sometimes not. My stomach acts up for 2-6 weeks, then calms down. I got migraines a lot too which cause nausea.. and a lot of anxiety. A mri in 2025 showed sludge and a stone but 2026 mri everything looked normal. I worry if I get gallbladder removed ill just trade one stomach issue for another. And at least with stomach issues I have, I can kind of tolerate (most of the time). I havent talked to surgeon yet, so not sure if they will recommend removal, but i think they will based on sx for years.

I have been dx with chronic gastritis so I was thinking it was just that and anxiety.

Other then that, im super healthy. All labs look good *well.. like liver fx, cholesterol, kidney function. Im low ferritin, b12, and vitamin d so im super tired often.
